The Butcher’s Choice: Cotswold Sausage

Billy, our Butcher, makes our sausages in our shop so they are literally fresh off the block! This week we are shouting about our Award Winning Cotswold sausage! It is made with a blend of Blythburgh free range pork sausage meat, sage & a hint of pepper.

We enjoy eating our Cotswold sausages:

•             At breakfast! A full English isn’t quite full without our bangers!

•             In a hot dog roll (if you want to turn up the heat just a little bit more, try Crazy Bastard Sauce Habanero & Tomatillo instead of the traditional ketchup & mustard).

•             With grilled vegetables

•             In a casserole with plenty of mash potato

•             Toad in the Hole.

•             Baked in the oven & dished up with chips or jacket potato & your favourite condiments!

The list is endless. They are also great on the BBQ, but this is one of our most popular sausages whatever the season.
