A recent staff engagement survey saw the overall job satisfaction figure for AA staff at almost 85% – considered world-class as measured by the Global Benchmark Data!

We believe that if the company does well then the workforce should share in that success. That’s where our companywide non-discriminatory profit-related pay scheme comes in! Everyone in the business, after completing three years of service with us, is entitled to participate and the bonus paid out is truly a bonus. When the company does well, our people do well too.

The overall wellbeing of our staff is of paramount importance to us. We are accredited with the Good Business Charter, recognising good business practices. It measures over ten components from employee inclusion and diversity to payment of our suppliers. We have also undertaken workshops from industry professionals which include a range of topics from monetary advice to health checks, all cost-free and during working hours.
