The Farm Shop & Deli Retailer Awards 2026 turned out to be a special moment for all of us at Aubrey Allen, as we were proud to come away with not one, not two, but three awards.
In a room full of businesses we admire and respect, we were honoured to be named Best Butcher, Best Midlands Retailer, and Overall Best Retailer.
The Farm Shop & Deli Retailer Awards mean a great deal to our industry. With an expert panel of judges, alongside Nigel Barden and Elaine Lemm as Chair of Judges, they recognise the very best in service, product knowledge, initiative, innovation, and community involvement: everything that independent retailers strive to deliver day in, day out.
What makes these awards so important to us is that they celebrate people as well as products. They recognise the teams behind the counter, the relationships with customers, and the role we all play within our local communities. To be recognised in this way is something we’re incredibly proud of. We know the standard across our sector is exceptionally high, which makes this achievement even more meaningful.
