Handmade lovingly by our chefs in Aubrey’s kitchen, our Scotch eggs are a picnic favourite but at this time of year, they are snapped up at lunchtime by our hungry patrons, local professionals & eager parents looking for something interesting to pop into the children’s lunch box.

Made with free range eggs, Blythburgh pork sausage meat & coated in a crispy crumb, our Scotch eggs are known for their satisfying combination of textures, with the crispy outer layer contrasting the softness of the egg and the delicious savoury sausage.

Naturally, we want to shout about our delicious free range Blythburgh pork from Jimmy & Pauline Butler’s farm, on the English South Coast. Jimmy’s pigs thrive in the sea air and sandy Suffolk plains.
