We love Tenuta Marmorelle Italian Asparagus Risotto for its simple, yet delicious authentic Italian vibe at dinner time. And it’ll be on the dinner table in no time! (approximately 16 minutes actually).
A ready to use risotto mix (with no nasty ingredients) containing all you need to prepare a delicious risotto in just 16 minutes:
– Heat Extra Virgin Olive oil in a pan
– add the contents of the bag and stir for a minute
– add the required amount of water, stirring occasionally and the Italian asparagus risotto is ready to eat.
You can finish with extra virgin olive oil or Parmesan cheese. It marries perfectly with a green or rocket salad.
With the weather now hitting some high temperatures, we think it’s safe to recommend some al fresco dining. You could try this risotto as an ideal midweek meal for those balmy summer nights.
