Rumour has it that Milano Salami (also known as Salame Milano) is Italy’s most popular cured meat. It’s also a firm favourite with our team & customers too.
This salami is typical in that it’s made from finely ground pork meat mixed with small amounts of fat. Slightly smoked with green peppercorns, our Milano Salami is delicious on its own – a mouthful of pure edible pleasure.
