We don’t think short-rib should be kept a secret (as once was known)! It is so incredibly tender, it will melt in your mouth. Cooked on the bone will produce an even deeper flavour. Rich & juicy & perfect for your plate!

What makes our beef so good?

•            only using the top 1% of grass-fed beef

•            sourcing from areas of outstanding natural beauty around the British Isles, far from pollution with lush grass and plentiful drinking water

•            selecting only from ethically reared suckler herds to one grade and classification
