Our free range Cornish lamb live on the rolling hills of the South West coast. They enjoy the pastures in the fresh sea air, foraging for nutrients & wild berries amongst the lush grass.
Naturally-reared in the West Country for perfect flavour and tenderness, our deliciously sweet, grass-fed lamb saddle has been stuffed with lamb mint stuffing, fresh mint, fresh coriander & gyros seasoning. It can be enjoyed slow roasted in the oven & served on a bed of couscous, rice or chips.
