Selected from native suckler beef breeds such as Angus, Hereford and Devon Reds, our beef is grass fed in pastures green & is dry aged for a minimum of 28 days. It is the perfect steak for the BBQ, a midweek treat or for a spectacular Sunday dinner.
Ask the butcher for some cooking tips & recipe ideas! We recommend serving our juicy rump cap steak with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables or chips & salad. Try with one of our mouth-watering sauces; Peppercorn or Mushroom and Madeira.
