Our delicious free-range Blythburgh pork loin is stuffed with sage, onion and white wine, wrapped up in dry-cured, streaky bacon. We recommend slow cooking or roasting in the oven until it is tender & juicy, allowing all the flavours to develop.

What a hearty option for a family dinner or special occasion! We suggest serving with roasted potatoes & root vegetables with a side of gravy for added richness. Or you could look in the deli counter for some alternatives! Our Dauphinoise potatoes would also be the perfect accompaniment to this popular, tried & tested recipe!
