Rachel is a multi award-winning Goat’s Cheese from Artisan cheese producer, White Lake Cheese at Bagborough Farm in Somerset. It is a semi-hard, unpasteurised cheese made with vegetarian rennet.

We love it for its versatility! It is the perfect artisan choice for your cheese board but it also lends itself to many dishes! Try it with your carbonara, grated on your pizza, topping your lasagne, the filling for a caramelised onion & goat’s cheese tart, the sauce for cauliflower cheese!
