Made lovingly in the Aubrey Allen Kitchen, our dry-aged, grass-fed, melt in the mouth fillet of beef is wrapped in delicious mushroom duxelle & encased in a pastry parcel.

Selected from native suckler beef breeds such as Angus, Hereford and Devon Reds, our beef is grass fed in pastures green & is dry aged for a minimum of 28 days. Our fillet steaks are succulent & tender, making them a popular choice for celebrations, so we recommend you spoil yourself & your loved ones!

Beef Wellington is a popular choice with our customers & the team! We recommend serving with one of our velvety sauces; mushroom & Madeira or peppercorn!
