Handmade in our very own Aubrey’s kitchen, our delicious blend of beef & pork are infused with sage, oregano & parsley. The spice comes from chilli heat in the piquant tomato sauce.
- Our dry-aged, grass-fed beef is tender and full of flavour. It is matured in one of our five scientifically structured, dry ageing chambers for a minimum of 28 days which further enhances the texture and taste.
- Our free range pork comes from a family run farm in Blythburgh, on the South Coast. Jimmy Butler’s pigs thrive in the sea air and sandy Suffolk plains.
