What better way to enjoy this healthy & versatile salad as a light lunch or accompaniment to a main meal. We love it as a starter or part of the BBQ spread! Or just wrapped in a flat bread!

Made with fresh ingredients in our own kitchen by chef’s Gilly & Paul, we shall keep our fingers crossed for alfresco dining! We enjoy this salad with a glass of crisp, fresh white wine!

Our top tip: Crumble over some creamy feta cheese to add another taste dimension. We promise you won’t be disappointed!
