Handmade in our very own Aubrey’s kitchen, using dry-aged & grass-fed beef bavette, our heart-warming Beef Bourguignon, will certainly put a smile on your face. This traditional Beef Burgundy stew is the perfect winter supper. Made with streaky bacon, button mushrooms & finished off in a delicious red wine sauce. We enjoy it with mash potatoes & green beans. It is also delicious with rice.

- Our dry-aged, grass-fed beef is tender and full of flavour. It is matured in one of our five scientifically structured, dry ageing chambers for a minimum of 35 days which further enhances the texture and taste.
- Our free range pork comes from a family run farm in Blythburgh, on the South Coast. Jimmy Butler’s pigs thrive in the sea air and sandy Suffolk plains.
