Our people
While we operate as a cohesive team, each section within Aubrey Allen comprises of experts in their respective fields. Our cheese department boasts three British Cheese Judges who bring their extensive knowledge and passion for cheese to the fore. This expertise ensures that we continually offer the finest cheeses whilst always seeking new ways to improve and expand our selection. Our customer care team, covering both meat and cheese, have a minimum of 8 years with us. Our longest serving member, Ray, has been on the team for 34 years.
The dedication of our team to their craft and our shared passion for excellence drives us to this success. As we celebrate these honours, we remain focused on our goal: to be the leading meat and cheese supplier. This is both nationally and for our local community.
