We think you are going to love Robiola Bosina. Made from a blend of cow’s milk, goat’s milk and sometimes sheep’s milk, it gives it a unique flavour. Initially mild & milky, before earthy & buttery notes shine through with a luxuriously creamy texture!
Robiola Bosina hails from the Langhe region in Piedmont, Northern Italy, famed for its high-quality dairy and wine production. It reflects the artisanal cheese-making traditions of the area.
It is highly versatile & pairs wonderfully with crusty bread or crackers. Try it with figs, honey or roasted nuts. It is bound to be the star on any cheeseboard!
It is also great for cooking! Try it toasted on sourdough, melted through cooked pasta with mushrooms or pancetta, add it to your omelette or simply eaten with pears. However, you wish to try it, pop into the shop & sample it’s delights! We look forward to seeing you!
