Aubrey Allen Butchery School – finally… The perfect gift for the ‘foodie’ in your life!
Our master butchers will guide the students through making the most of their meat and provide them with fantastic practical skills to use at home. Attendees will take home all of the meat they prepare on the night as well as enjoying a supper of our favourite delicatessen dishes and wine.

“These two great guys who ran the Aubrey Allen Butchery School night and the lovely lady (whose name has escaped me since my glass of wine with the lovely buffet we finished with -sorry. (It was) an amazing evening with so much learning and so much fun and masses of wonderful produce to take home. Would highly recommend this evening and many many thanks to the team for their hard work and wonderful hospitality. The others on the group were also super friendly and interesting which also helped make a really happy social night.”
