Our free range pork comes from a family run farm in Blythburgh, on the South Coast. Jimmy Bulter’s pigs thrive in the sea air and sandy Suffolk plains. This week we are celebrating the tenderloin. Butcher Simon and his team have stuffed pork tenderloin with sage, onion and white wine, wrapped in bacon, to create this succulent roasting joint.
