Unlike traditional Gouda made from cow’s milk, goat Gouda is produced using goat’s milk, giving it a distinctive tangy and slightly sweet flavour, along with a bright white colour due to the natural milk composition.
Young goat Gouda has a smoother and creamier texture compared to cow’s milk Gouda, but as it ages, it becomes firmer and develops a nutty, caramel-like sweetness similar to aged cow’s milk Gouda.
We love it! It is delicious on your cheese board served with crackers & fruit.
Watch Del vs the OG. The thick wax rind will not defeat him!
