Cheese of the week: Mossfield Organic

We love Award Winning Mossfield Organic cheese! This crumbly 8 month mature cheese from Mossfield Organic Farm is handmade using the freshest pasteurised cows’ milk from their own dairy herd. Situated at the foot of the Sleive Bloom Mountains, the farm consists of mostly lush grass, wild herbs and clover which produces an ideal grazing environment for their cows.

It has a nutty, tangy flavour with a fresh, mild & lactic aroma. It is suitable for vegetarians.

We think Mossfield has a place on any discerning cheese board! It is delicious with fruit, honey & charcuterie! A perfect al fresco lunch with friends!
