We are celebrating once again after being crowned winners at the UK Sausage Week Awards 2025, taking home the prestigious title of ‘Best Gluten Free/Free From Sausage’ for our much-loved Olde English Sausage.
The awards ceremony, held at the historic Butchers’ Hall in London, brought together some of the country’s finest butchers and producers to celebrate the art of sausage-making. Aubrey Allen’s winning entry stood out for its flavour, texture, and craftsmanship, beating tough competition from across the UK.
Made with 100% free-range British pork and natural, gluten-free ingredients, the Olde English Sausage perfectly embodies Aubrey Allen’s long-standing commitment to quality, ethical sourcing, and traditional butchery skills. After two years of careful development to change all of our recipes to gluten-free sausages, we are thrilled that the judges thought our Olde English Sausage was a cut above the rest!
