Aubrey Allen beef burgers are made from grass-fed cattle selected

to one grade and one consistency.

We are self confessed burger geeks and along with our specialised burger room, producing unique burger patties for many of the best burger restaurants and chefs in the UK.

Our team know all there is to provide you with the finest burger. Following a visit to the US where we learned about blend, texture, and succulence, we built our production line to get the best out of our grass-fed British beef. We use the very best craftsmanship and equipment – our burger room has a cutting-edge section for fat analysis, tempering of the mince prior to production, and de-gristlers so you only get the good parts from our beef trim.

The Coarse Cut: Our champion award winning burger (England’s Best Burger 2012)! The secret ingredient? Just pure dry aged beef but only the best – our dry aged beef. Season to taste and away you go.

Less Than Thoroughly Cooked Burger: Selected from only approved beef abattoirs, and with full approval from the FSA, this is a burger that can be cooked pink*.

Lamb and Coriander Burger: Our lamb burgers are made using selected cuts from whole South West lamb carcasses and a traditional seasoned blend.

All of our burgers are packed and gas-flushed to ensure they stay fresher for longer.
