Aubrey’s Sausages

Our sausages are made to traditional recipes
using free-range, gluten free ingredients

Our founder, Aubrey, started his journey as an apprentice butcher back in 1933. He crafted his first sausages using recipes from a 100 year old sausage book – a true testament to tradition and quality.

Fast forward to today, we’ve taken those time-honoured recipes, kept all the good stuff, and replaced with gluten-free ingredients to create the best gluten-free sausages around (we think so anyway!).

Our pork sausages are made with free-range, ethically reared pork, natural seasonings, and a high meat content.

After two years of careful development to change to gluten-free sausages, we drew on Russell’s (Aubrey’s Grandson) experience as a chef and taste testing with our team, we’re confident we’ve got it just right and our gluten intolerant team members thinks so and can now enjoy our sausages at breakfast!
