An aromatic mild & sweet semi-soft cheese, coated in wildflowers & herbs will give your cheese board a wow factor as it is as pretty as it is tasty! With its striking appearance comes a floral aroma! Typically produced using cow’s milk, this cheese has a creamy, mild flavour that contrasts beautifully with the herbal and floral notes from the coating.

Wildblumenkäse originates from Alpine regions, in Southern Germany where it’s made using traditional methods.

The edible flower coating adds a light, herbaceous, and slightly sweet taste to the cheese, enhancing its natural buttery flavour with lavender, hay & herbs.
