This amazing specialist dry aged product is being aged specially in our state of the art dry aging fridges. When you place your order one of our Master Butchers will specifically select your piece and tag it with your name ready to be blast frozen at it's optimum before delivering to you.
We advise to defrost your Dorchester Rib out of the packaging in your fridge for 48 hours. Before cooking, bring it out of the fridge and allow it to come up to room temperature - this will take some time but all the very best things do!
