  1. Can I cancel my order?

    We hate waste, so if you have already received your order is being processed email, then the order cannot be cancelled. Before that if you wish to cancel please contact our happiness team.

  2. Can I choose my delivery date?

    Yes you can - when you place your order just choose the date that you would like your order delivering from the calendar. The earliest delivery is usually two working days from the date that you place your order. You can order up to 3 months in advance, payment will be taken at time of ordering.

  3. Can I collect my box from the courier depot?

    No you can't, due to the nature of the product, if you are not home, our courier partner will try a neighbour, or leave it in a safe place.

  4. Can I get next day delivery?

    No - we currently do not offer next day delivery.

  5. Can I order a box as a gift?

    Yes of course! We think that our boxes make great gifts. Just tick the 'this is a gift' box, add your free message to be included, and put the recipients delivery address in at checkout.

  6. Can I track my order?

    Yes you can - on the day your order is despatched you will receive a notification from DPD giving you your tracking code. On the delivery day DPD will contact you to let you know what your hour delivery time slot is. All tracking information will be on the DPD email.

  7. Can I update my delivery instructions with the courier?

    Yes you can, once you have received your tracking information you can click through to DPD and there will be options there. You cannot change the delivery date once the box has been despatched.

  8. Can my order be delivered to my work address?

    Yes it can, we can deliver to your work, family, friends, neigbour address. Just enter the details at the checkout under delivery address - be sure to let them know you have a parcel coming!

  9. Do I have to be at home to receive my order?

    No, if you know you won't be at home, please leave delivery instructions at the checkout with details of where to leave your parcel - either with a neighbour or in a safe place such as a shed. However, as we are delivering chilled or frozen goods, it would be better to deliver to you when you are home.

  10. How is my order packaged?

    Meat boxes are delivered frozen in individual portions, packed in a strong cardboard outer box with cardboard insulation liner and dry ice. Please use caution when removing the dry ice from the box - please use the gloves provided with your first order. Dry Ice is food safe and will not impact on the quality of your meat. During transit, the dry ice will begin to sublimate meaning that the packaging it comes in may have deflated which is normal.  

    Cheese is sent chilled, individually wrapped, and in a cardboard outer box, cardboard liner and ice packs.

  11. How much do you charge for delivery?

    Standard UK Mainland delivery (Tue-Fri) is free on all orders over £35. ( please see our delivery page for postcode restrictions - Highlands etc) Saturday delivery is available for a charge of £6.95

  12. I've ordered for a future date, can I amend the order?

    If you would like to make any changes to your order please contact our happiness team. Please note we are unable to make any amends once the order is dispatched.

    Please check through the DPD tracking notification. If there is no information or it is unclear please contact our happiness team.

  14. What do I do with my delivery once it arrives?

    The contents of our meat boxes are ready frozen in individual portions for you to put straight into the freezer. Keep cheese in the waxed paper and straight into the fridge.

    The outer box can be put into the paper and card recycling bin.

  15. Where do you deliver?

    Due to the nature of our product we can only deliver to UK mainland addresses (exc. PO box) that can be guaranteed delivered within 24 hours of despatch.

  17. Will my box contents be ok if I'm not home for delivery?

    Your meat or cheese will be ok to be kept in the delivery box where required for at least 12 hours following receipt of the goods.

  18. What days do you deliver?

    We deliver on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday as standard and Saturday by request (additional charge applies) exc. public and bank holidays.
