  1. Do I have to open an account to order from you?

    No, you can check out as a guest when ordering, but opening an account means that you can easily check orders, save address details, and be part of our wider family; receiving member only offers and updates.

  2. Can i change my order after it is placed?

    Any cancellations and amendments are at the discretion of the management of Aubrey Allen.

    Once orders have been prepared, especially seasonal and fresh produce we are unable to make changes to your order.

    Items that are pre-ordered by Aubrey Allen for example Christmas items, corporate gifting and special events are unable to be cancelled past the cut off time. Once corporate orders are confirmed, only additions to the boxes can be made.

  3. Can I order a number of boxes to be delivered to different addresses?

    No, we have carefully selected the items in each of the boxes and are we currently do not have a build your own option.

  7. Can I use my Aubrey Allen Leamington Shop loyalty card when placing an order?

    Our shop loyalty cards are not linked to our nationwide delivery website. We will be launching our own Aubrey's at Home loyalty card in 2021.

  9. Do Gift Vouchers have an expiry date?

    All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months and will have an expiry date printed on them.

  12. How do I create an account?

    When placing your first order, at check out you will be asked if you want to create an account. Just follow the instructions. Or, click on the sign in icon on the Home Page and click on 'Create Account'.

    Payment can be made using any of the major debit or credit cards through our secure payment portal, or through PayPal.

  14. How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?

    Enter the voucher number in the Gift Code box at checkout. If there is a balance left to pay this can be paid by debit or credit card, or PayPal.

    Our Unconditional Guarantee means that if you are unhappy, for any reason with your purchase we will refund, or replace the item.

  19. How does Build a Box work?

    Build your own meat box in our online butchers shop. Select either a 10 (standard) or 15 (large) item box and choose your products from the list. Most items are portioned singularly but where the product is in a pack it will state this in the description. Once you have picked your 10 or 15 items, you will be able to check out and choose your date for delivery. Free nationwide delivery is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays - Saturday delivery available for an additional charge - see our delivery page for extra info. 

    Our commitment to sustainability mean our boxes are configured to give you choice but ensure that we maximise the miles and the packaging. 

    If you havent already, set up an account with us at checkout and then you will be able to easily re order a box each week or month as it suits you (except items in the seasonal/specials category).

    All our meat is free range and we believe in keeping things as natural as we can and crafted in a way to create oven ready portions of meat for you to enjoy.

    Yes it is. Our payments are processed through Stripe payment platform. It is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry.

  25. What is a Royal Warrant and how do you get one?

    A Royal Warrant of Appointment is a mark of recognition of those who have supplied goods or services to the households of HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, or HRH The Prince of Wales for at least five years. We are very proud to have held a Royal Warrant from HM The Queen since 2012.

    When you place your order you will be sent an email confirmation of the items and amount that you have paid.

    As part of our sustainability commitments we are reducing the amount of paperwork we send to you.

    Also as many of our boxes are sent as gifts, we do not include any paperwork regarding the cost within the box.
