Our meat is blast frozen at -25 degrees, locking in all of the goodness and nutrients. Because this freezing process is so quick, no ice crystals form within the meat.
To defrost your product, we recommend placing the meat into your fridge for a minimum of 12 hours, or overnight, before cooking.
Once defrosted, remove the meat from the packaging, place on some kitchen paper to absorb any moisture, and leave for approximately ten minutes to bring to room temperature before you cook it.
